Feeling Bardic
I read that in the Feri Tradition, a "white wand witch is the bard of the coven, the artist witch." I may not be Feri yet, but I certainly am doing my best to prepare. I was even inspired to write a bit of poetry - something I haven't done in a very long time. So here goes:
The joy of toward a river running,
Swift and green its currents swirl,
To plunge into the coolness lying
'Neath its pluming surface dwell.
Oh, blissful trade of earth and sun's
More sultry pleasures for piscine!
With all thoughts lost to other passions,
Floating toward the depths serene.
What do you think?

Love your poem! I'm really enjoying your blog as well. I'd like to link you on my blog if that's all right?
(By the by, not all branches in Feri use the wand system. In fact, up until a few years ago they had not been used much at all any more. )
